Begin the 40-day practice anytime and start at Day 1. Live weekly calls run through March 10, but you can access all recorded sessions in your portal.

While everyone’s body is unique and we can’t promise outcomes, these practices support the foundations of nervous system health – calm, connection, and safety. Over time, many members report improved energy, mood, and resilience.
That’s okay and completely normal. Regulation work can bring up stored energy or feelings as your system resets. You’ll be guided to move gently, pace yourself, and always listen to your body. This is a journey of safety, not pushing.
